Substack is an online space where us women can connect, share experiences, and uplift one another through authentic conversations and resource-sharing.
SGS- Women’s Group Coaching
Offered only twice a year, this intimate 6-week experience is designed to guide women in reconnecting with their true essence and inner strength. Over generations, women have been conditioned to doubt themselves and shrink to fit societal expectations.
Now Enrolling for Spring Cohort II- Begins April 23rd
“SGS was such a beautiful container and experience. It was so empowering. It helped me to realize how powerful I am as a woman but also how delicate I am. It really brought me back to my feminine side and helped me to embrace it. It was truly a space where we celebrated and supported each other. We also celebrated ourselves. We learned a lot and it was very interactive. I enjoyed the activities we did. We put in work but we also played, created, and had fun at the same time. The women in the group were very supportive. They encouraged me to pursue writing and my photography. I didn’t even realize I was a writer until they planted that seed in me. It was a sacred and safe space where we could be vulnerable. Where we felt seen and heard. It’s a sisterhood and community. A place to connect with women, connect to ourself, and to inspire each other.”
